I had seen many "knock offs" that claim they work but I wasn't impressed. The ease of use, plug in charging, and accuracy of the "transfer" was wonderful. Obviously this also depends upon what app you intend to use it for...drawing, writing, etc. but I highly recommend for any of these uses.

Favorite Apple accessory.

Of all of my digital vices, the Apple Pencil may be my favorite. I have trouble focusing, and this, paired with an iPad, allow me to take quick notes to capture spastic thoughts without derailing my main focus. It's sturdy, and I purchased the Belkin Apple Pencil Case to lug it around with. Charge is scary fast. Great buy!

Only thing missing is an eraser
