Beware of first GEN pen

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not really sure who’s gonna read it but be careful when you buy a first generation apple pen for certain model iPads even though it is compatible the dongle that is provided is not compatible. Apple has recognize this and sent out a revised generation one Apple pen, the old stock is still in circulation, so if you find yourself having an issue pairing the pen, it’s the dongle

Love/Hate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I purchased an Apple Pencil a few years ago (maybe 3) and I only used it from time to time and whenever I needed to use it I would just plug it to my iPad for about 2mins and I'd be good. Well fast forward 3yrs later the pencil does not hold a charge AT ALL. I've tried everything and it is not a common thing for this device to go out after so long of not using it and keep charging it. Unfortunately Apple doesn't have any kind of batter replacement offer and they make you buy a whole new pencil.
