It is unfortunate that it only works with the iPad Pro series but it does enhance the experience. I think it is great that they included the adapter to charge it two ways. It is is very precise and has the feel and look of a pencil or pen.

What a amazing little pen, its probably like the best idea on using for a ipad. It does lots of stuff, and some I don't know about. Its charge last a long time, and is easy to hold and use.

Very sleek and easy to use. Works great on my daughters iPad and she loves it. Charges fast so you can use it again in no time at all. Makes working on your iPad easier.

Pro: good size for writing. Comfortable. Accurate response. Long battery life. Quick full charge (15~20 min). Easily sense the pencil vs hand when using. Cons: cap can easily be lost, but can be remedied by buying an extra accessory.

This is the have to have Ipad Pro accessorie. It makes using the Ipad Pro even easier. It also lets you do things that no other Ipad can. You can draw, write, and make marks without having to worry about your finger messing it up.

Bought for my wife to replace her old pencil. Charges quickly and lasts much longer than her old pencil.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the Apple Pencil. I used Pencil by 53 for quite awhile (because I use Paper by 53) before getting the Apple Pencil, and although Pencil by 53 looks great and has the nifty eraser, I like my Apple Pencil MUCH better. Unlike the Pencil by 53, the Apple Pencil is a fine point that is truly pressure sensitive, able to create wide strokes with direct pressure as well as when slanted. The best part is that the nib is more durable on the Apple Pencil. I was going through so many replacement nibs for Pencil by 53. They're soft and rubbery. The Apple Pencil also feels really good in my hand, nice weight and length.

I have been using apple pen for last 8 - 9 months, and are great utility. Battery life is good and have helped me be more productive by taking online notes. Charging is quick and will recommend apple pen for professionals

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She uses it for drawing apps on her iPad and it works great and very intuitive....yet pricey.

I was at first skeptical about spending quite a bit on a stylus but I don’t regret my purchase at all! It has helped with so much! I would highly highly recommend for students especially, like myself. Excellent tool to keep my notes neat and organized. I can mark on any document format; highlight, side note, and so much more. No wasted paper and hassle free! (I use Good Note, it’s the best!) I also frequently use it to make digital art. (I use Procreate and Sketch Pad). Very precise calibration and so very fun to use! I really love my Apple Pencil. Very satisfied with it! Not to mention it charges completely in 5 minutes or less! Highly recommend.

Works as advertised! I enjoy it for note-taking. I'm a law student so I use it with the Notability app. It charges extremely fast (like 15 mins) and the battery lasts long.

I love it. Simple enough. Easy to connect and charging is fast. Ive been enjoying it with my Ipad mini 5. Definitely worth buying. I added a grip for comfortability.

Far better and improved than stylus provided with phone. Good to have it but not a "must". Perfect for drawing sketches, taking a note or scribble during leisure time. A gripper can make it more interesting... can't stop expecting!!

Best purchase I have made. It works great it is so easy to set up and use. It doesn’t leave any scratches. You get used to the pressure and feeling of it fast. So worth the money.

Works amazing for notes. Flows smoothly across iPad 12.9 screen. Not to heavy. I would only recommend getting something to keep it from rolling off the table. The Battery charge lasts for hours and quick charges in minutes.

Works flawlessly. I've now gone paperless! I'll never go back to writing notes on paper. It's weight and balance is perfect. It holds it's charge for a long time and recharges quickly when it needs it.

works very well with new 10.5" ipad pro. not sure if the 20ms is active on the beta yet, but seems fairly accurate, but i do notice some lag when moving quickly. its completely cylindrical, so storing it can be a problem as it rolls off things, and easily ends up behind things, and between cushions. Needs a tiny speaker that you can ping.

The apple pencil itself works great and accurate, but be very careful not to loose the charging cap as it doesn’t have anything to hold it when you are charging the pencil. I bought myself a silicone sleeve that holds the cap and the sleeve gives the pencil a better grip because it is kind of slippery when you hold it.

My wife is using it a lot to write notes on her documents, works flawlessly, charges fast and is comfortable to use, one small issue is the grip, as is too smooth to get a hold of it for a long time.

The pencil worked as expected and better. I would like to suggest researching since not all generations can work with all ipads. Provides extended user options compared to the touch screen. The pencil grips just like a real pencil. We tried off-brand to manage after we bought 2nd generation, and it was incompatible with the iPad purchased. This 1st generation unlocked a lot of futures we could not use with the off-brand.
