I use it for far more purposes than writing by hand or graphic design. It's great for even just general iPadOS navigation and other basics.

Get the lead out and buy the Apple Pencil

The pencil, coupled with a few "creator" apps, is a great way to let your imagination run wild without getting bogged down learning a new software. I do wish it would last longer on a charge, but then again a charge takes seconds.

Amazing, but comes with a few complaints.

I got the first gen as opposed to the second gen pencil because it was the one compatible with my ipad. The only complaints that I have about this pencil is the fact that all of the accessories, the charger cap, the charger extension thing, and the extra pencil tip are all very small and can be lost quite easily, however, if you don’t lose things easily, this pencil is just perfect!
