We also needed to provide her with an iPad that was compatible, but she is loving being able to explore this new way to create art.

Second Generation Apple Pencil

The only shortfalls are the way it feels in the hand—not as natural feeling as the second generation pencil—and the lack of tapping features to change from writing to erasing in Notes. The price should have dropped significantly with the advent of the second generation.
