Easy to use and charges easily. Careful, don’t lose the cap for the lightning plug in, though.

I bought this for my iPad Pro to try it out. It is very cool and it has inspired me to learn how to draw. I’ve been using it for that and to take notes. You’ll need a program to take full advantage of it.

The pen is great and makes the tablet more useful and productive to use. The styling is such smooth, it feels to slip from hand - so maybe a bit of innovation there and can it be a bit less expensive?

My husband uses this all the time to do his artwork. The charge lasts a really long time. It is so easy to use and he says he couldn’t do the work he does without it. I recommend.

If you're an artist or like to take hand-written notes, this is a no-brainer. It's also great for marking up PDFs, jotting down quick sketches in meetings, etc. It's super responsive and feels good in the hand. Love it!

This pencil is amazing it has helped me with my note taking, and drawing. I do wish it had the magnetic charging but I have the iPad 8 so it is only compatible with gen 1 pencil. But for people saying they hate that they have to plug it into the iPad for charging...no. Just use and regular apple charger and use the adapter that comes with the pencil. Easy. If you have a paperlike screen protector I suggest using a pencil tip cover to protect it. But my pencil tip didn’t wear down after a month so it’s personal preference. Overall I love this pencil.

Works wonderfully! I bought it along with my new iPad Pro, and it paired well, glides nicely, and worked perfectly for my artistic cultivation!

Makes the iPad a little more useful as a creative device and not just used for media consumption. Very easy to pair and use. Takes a little getting used to but very accurate compared to other stylus type devices.

The pencil is flawless. Great for creative drawing. As you press harder it shades harder and deeper. the point changes as you go from the tip to the side of the pencil. Please note, the pencil gen 1 only works with IPad gen6 and Pro versions. Not the iPad minis. Apple pencil 2 only works with Ipad pro's. The only additional item I don't like is the charging port. Its not really supper sturdy. I see this as the only weak point to the pencil. When you buy the ipad and the pencil together, apple extended care applies to both items. This is a good deal, with one note....both have there own deductible. Not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend the pencil.

I never thought I would need a stylus or pencil but I love it. Taking notes and even adult (and of course kids) coloring books. Many many more uses than I realized.

I got this as a gift for my brother and he absolutely loves it! The design is streamline, easy to use, and charges by plugging into the iPad. It's a must-have for anyone who loves drawing on an iPad.

So I bought the Apple Pencil as a gift for my wife. I made this decision since she was always buying those cheap knockoff stylus’s that can be found almost anywhere. It makes a world of a difference. The thing that I like the most is that you don’t get all those fingerprints all over the screen when you’re trying to read some email or a text message. You also avoid the purchasing of the lens towels to use to clean the the screen of the iPad. I guess my only problem with it is that you can’t use it with the iPhone 8. For some reason the phone will not pair with the pencil. I would definitely buy another when the time or opportunity presents itself.

Just what I needed and was looking for. It does everything I need on my iPad I need it to do. Drawing, doodling and just writing.

Since this is the only pencil (pen, brush, marker, etc) to use with iPad Pro, I am pleased that it is so easy to use and accurate, with a natural writing style no matter what type of effect you choose.

I bought this apple pencil when I bought my iPad and it works great together. I use it for drawing, notes or simply scrolling. Overall great for what it's for!

It's a very responsive writing tool for the iPad. My only real complaints are the price, the size (it's a bit long), and the battery drain. A special tip: Be aware there's also a spare tip and adapter plug in the box. A friend almost threw the box away not realizing there was something other than the pen in the box!

The Apple pen works great with drawing and writing apps. It also works in game programs. Keeps the screen clean and the pen is able to charge off of the iPad 30 seconds charge for 30 minutes of use.
