I am mixed about this second generation pencil. I love the fact that it docks magnetically to my iPad Pro. It charges super fast. But it’s not quite as smooth writing as the first generation pencil. Plus there is just the slightest lag in the writing. Lastly, it should not cost $30 more. That’s just wrong in my opinion. Overall I like it but it could be better.

A great device, the look and feel is so much better than the first generation and I love how it magnetically holds to the side of my iPad! 10/10 recommend

Great feel. Easy to learn functionality, and fantastic feedback, very little latency, you don't even notice it. My only fears are that it will get dirty over time or I will lose it.

Nice flow and functionality. Fairly balanced weight and feel, holds a good charge and with the magnetic clip to the iPad it's never an issue to recharge on the quick.

I had a knockoff version before this and it was terrible. This one is so much better. It connects easily, charges automatically, and doesn’t have to be plugged in or turned off and on. I use it for music, so I can’t speak to the touch sensitivity, etc, but it’s perfect for my purposes.

Though a bit pricey, it’s totally worth the $129. It’s extremely user friendly.

Absolutely love this Apple Pencil. It’s really nice to the charge is magnetically connected to the iPad and you don’t have to use the lollipop method to charge it. I would mention that there are many offbrand competitors that are a fraction of the cost of this product. Some are fairly good and mimic the same features of this item. Depending on how much you plan to use the pencil, it may make sense to look into those.

Amazing it's not only lighter but thinner and shorter, which gives me the feeling of an actual pencil. I also love the flat part to charge by connecting to the ipad.

I love my Apple Pencil! I will say for typing it is easier to just use the keypad or buy a case with a keyboard. Pencil is great for scrolling, playing games, and drawing. I don't use it for everything - but I love it for my certain uses!

I love how this looks and feels compared to the first generation Apple Pencil. It makes writing and sketching so much easier. Plus the charging by placing it onto the IPad itself is genius

Love this pencil. Makes my drawings & designs so much easier. I had been using the cheap rubber ended stylus from Target. This soooo much better. It should be, considering the significant cost difference. So worth the money if do a lot of writing or drawing on your iPad!

I love the fact that it charges wirelessly and that it is easy to switch between the tools you need with a simple double tap.
