Although the iPad pro is nice etc. as is, , The pen adds more flexibility for pinpoint screen selection and artwork. It is charged by the iPad magnetic strip on the edge. Just be careful because the pen can be knocked on the iPad without knowing it and you may have to hunt for it for a while.

The apple pencil has been such a helpful device to my day to day goals, whether is taking notes, journaling or even drawing! It is definitely a great tool for my business

great accessory for the iPad Pro, i use it a lot to sketch ideas. sometimes to navigate menus. Very easy to use and intuitive. Best Buy had it for $89, can't beat that price.

I purchased two as Christmas gifts for my wife and daughter. They both love the Apple Pencil (2nd Gen). It really is amazing technology. The pencil is easy to use. It allows you to tap into your creativity when using the iPad. It's just an all around fun tool. If I decide to get an iPad in the future, I will definitely get me an Apple Pencil.

I bought this for my daughter and my sister as gifts. I've used both generation of pencils and I'm also a galaxy note power user. These work so well and they integrate with the tech seamlessly. This is a must if you take notes, teach or like to illustrate things.

Stylus my be the wrong word. This pencil is truly a digital pen. It is amazing how natural it feels writing with this paired with my iPad Pro. No lag time and smooth grip. An improvement over the first generation with the magnetic wireless charging. This does limit it to the device you can use it with but by far the best digital writing/drawing tool I have ever seen.

Apple pencil is wonderful for use with the 2nd Gen pad--use it almost every time--it proves helpful for day to day or any use; while traveling, at home, on vacation, or at work. Solid and good quality product that hits the mark!

Came in the packaging. The only thing missing was the stickers which don’t matter to me anyways. Works perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

I was ticked when the 2nd gen Pencil came out w/price bump alongside the bump on new gen iPad Pros, but as a daily user of the last gen, I ponied up anyway. It is honestly, an improvement in so many ways that I take back my frustration at the pricing. If I agreed that the 1st gen was “worth” $100 (which I did) this gen is a bargain at $130. Scoop it up for your iPad Pro 11 or 12.9 you won’t reget it.

apple did a really great job at making it easy to transition from paper and pen/pencil to the iPad for drawing, writing, etc! Smooth and easy to use... I would recommend to get a textured skin/grip if this is your first time using to mimic the "real thing": paired with a screen shield on the iPad to feel like paper and I am booked!
