advantages to having the apple pencil is that you can lay your hand on the screen and it won't mess with what you ate writing, aftermarket ones won't be the same

But I don’t know. I bought the wrong generation and had to return this. I do like and prefer the way this one charges in comparison to the first generation.

Very pleased with this purchase. Much easier when texting or sending an email. Wish it would work with all third party apps, but that’s okay....for now.
