I purchased the second generation Apple Pencil along with the iPad for my niece. I hesitated between several smart pencils when doing the preliminary shopping, but I am SO glad I chose the Apple Pencil. Not only is it lightweight and comfortable to use, but it is a game changer for artists while using apps like ProCreate. It is amazing to see how technology has changed the way the world makes art, and this Apple Pencil highlights the amazing capabilities that the iPad has to offer. I'm honestly considering swapping out my old laptop with an iPad and Apple Pencil simply due to the amazing experience I have witnessed users having with these two devices. I love that Best Buy also offers cases for the iPad which hold the Apple Pencil, which charges the Pencil inside of the case, keeping everything together. I’ve been using the Apple Pencil (2nd generation) daily for drawing, note-taking, and photo editing—and it has completely transformed how I use my iPad. The pressure sensitivity and tilt support are super accurate, and the double-tap feature to switch tools is a total time-saver. It charges magnetically on the side of the iPad, so I never lose it or forget to charge it. Whether you’re a student, creative, or just like to stay organized, this is hands down one of the best accessories Apple makes.

Definitely recommend the 2nd Gen pencil as it is easy to use and can be charged magnetically. Wish it was still a bit grippier, but it works well overall for drawing and writing.

Love this product. It's like a real pencil/ marker/ paintbrush. can get small details. It is easy to charge, just put it on on the edge of the iPad. It sticks pretty good. My only complaint is sometimes it "falls'" off the iPad in my bag or around the house and I panic that I've lost it. In fact, I bought this pencil to replace the one I thought I lost. But which I found under the couch a month later. Good news is I gave that one to my son and he's super happy with the detail for his iPad art. To be on the safe side to not lose it again I keep it in my pencil case, then charge it when I need it. It charges super fast and is ready to use in minutes.

This Apple pencil is a great addition to the iPad Pro 12.9. Not only is it good for drawing, coloring, and writing notes, it really helps navigate the large screen of the 12.9 iPad pro. Charging is a breeze with the magnetic attachment to the iPad Pro. Charges quickly too.

Much easier to charge than the first gen Apple Pencil. Flat side keeps the pen from rolling off my desk and on to the floor where my dog can chew it up. Feels natural in my hands and works beautifully with Procreate.

My 11 inch iPad Pro is a surface I use to sketch ideas for other media art projects. The pencil fixes to the side of this tablet, I am never left hunting around for the pencil that is always charged. It is far superior to the odd charging of the prior pencil.

This is the only pen that truly works with sensitive pressure required for hand lettering such as calligraphy. Very easy to use, charges right on my iPad and the battery lasts for a long time. Also charges fairly fast.

The Apple Pencil 2 is Apple's best Pencil by far. With a range of features like pressure sensitivity, double-tap to change tools and Apple Pencil hover. Pairing and charging is straightforward , as it magnetically attaches to the long edge of the iPad, and it is ideal for creative work. I prefer this pencil with my iPad to cheaper alternatives due to comaptibility
