    I never had the 1st gen, but this one works exactly as expected. I mainly use it on the Noteability app. When I lost mine, I bought it on FB market place for a steal.

    It’s Apple. What more can I say. It just works. You don’t have to worry about plugging it in to sync. Just connect magnetically and you’re ready to go. Feels good with a texture but not rough. Not smoothie slippery like Gen 1 was. No caps to worry about losing for OCD of us out here. There is a flat side so you never have to worry about rolling away. Double tap is very responsive. It could have had more options in the settings with the double tap. Overall it’s worth the purchase.
