Love the upgraded 2nd gen. Recharges much easier and you don't have to worry about loosing the cap which was on the 1st gen. Worth the price especially if you are a creative pro.

Nice upgrade in gen 2. Flat side for pencil so it doesn't roll off desk and also for a magnetic side for wireless charging on iPad. No more sticking it in lightening port out of bottom to charge (that was a huge pain). No cap to lose. Great second gen design with double tap feature to switch between tools in the drawing app.

Love my Apple Pencil (2nd Gen) works great with my iPad Air (4th Gen) Love that it connects to my iPad….Makes for very easy access, storage & charges my pencil. Great concept, comfortable to hold/grip, easy to use for writing/signing and keeps my screen much cleaner.

Easy to use and very efficient when sketching or drawing on the iPad. The price is high but it is worth buying, even better if you find it at a discount.

As the title says, super user friendly. Just let it magnetize to the side and it automatically pairs. It charges this way too.

I bought this 2nd generation pencil to replace my Apple Pencil 1st generation. It works much better than the 1st generation. I don't have to have a holder on my tablet cover to hold the pencil, it magnetically clicks on to the iPad Pro that I also purchased. Very Happy with it!

very useful and great for taking notes. It’s magnetic to the iPad and it charges it too. I would buy something to clip on the Apple Pencil, since it can sometime come off the iPad in my backpack.

this pencil does everything and more that i needed it to for school ( as a college student ). great purchase and even better when matched up with the ipad air!

The devil is in the details. Apple has recreated their Apple Pencil with subtle changes that make a huge impact. The pencil charges wirelessly and allows the user to change between tools with two taps. The only downside to this product is that you can only use it with the new iPad Pro, so don’t look to replace the Apple Pencil gen 1 with this one.

Fantastic stylus the only one you should be using with an iPad. It is a little pricey but if you do a lot of note taking or creative work it’s perfect.

This pen made my sister very happy! Very useful for coloring and drawing! I would buy it again! The fact it charges on the iPad and doesn’t drain the iPads battery life is actually insanely good!

My daughter loves this Apple Pencil. She uses it for her home work, drawling , learning apps and games. I also use this Apple Pencil for work purposes and charting. It makes a lot a lot easier than having to type everything in manually with my fingers Originally I bought the wrong one and Best Buy was so helpful and accommodating me for a return and guiding me into the right one I needed.

Perfect pairing with the iPad pro. Using this for my classes, really happy to save on paper and having to carry less weight in my bag. Stays charged while connected magnetically to the iPad, writes smooth on paper matte screen protector. I added a grip to the pencil to help it feel more ergonomic.

It's another expensive Apple accessory. But, you can largely expect it to work without issue. It functions (for my use) the same as gen one with the addition of a magnet for charging. A little bummed it didn't include an extra nib like the gen one in the box. But it works great and no functional complaints.

The Apple Pencil (2nd Gen) has blown me away. This one is used mostly for drawing. I really like that it has the ability to stay with the iPad with a magnet. It also charges while mounted to the side of the iPad. I know my daughter has used it for hours without charging. I'll give Apple 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!

EXCCELLENT BATTERY LIFE - AND MAKES NAVIGATING IPAD SO MUCH EASIER

Pen works great with ipad and charges off of the ipad. This is our second only because our puppy dog chewed up our first one. But still its a great pen.

I bought the apple pencil to go with my ipad and it is great!! I use it for taking notes and it works amazing. Great purchase for any students in school.

Great for notes. Simple tap of pencil converts it to eraser. Convenient to charge. Fairly secure when held on side of iPad but when carrying iPad around it is easily knocked off.
