Comes in very handy for students and artists. The charging is brilliant and it has the typical Apple high quality build. But also has the premium Apple price tag.

Added this on to an iPad and it has made the experience so much better. It helps when needing to click small options and signing on an iPad.

Depending on what you use your ipad for, this tool can be optional. For photo editing, it is a must. For note-taking, it feels just like a pen. I like that i can use the tap feature to switch between functions like write and erase. Word to the wise- try to have a case for it. It magnetically attaches to the side of your ipad (for charging/syncing) but it isnt the most secure way to carry it around.

Love it. Use it all the time on iPad Pro editing videos. Makes it so much easier and faster than just using your fingers. Love that it magnetically attaches to the iPad to charge.

I would always lose my previous generation Pencil or it would never be charged. This version fixes both issues by having magnets attach to the iPad. This change allows the pencil to charge and always be in the right place when I need it.

So far so good? Charges off of your iPad, and the charge itself holds for a good amount of time. I'm just confused on whether or not there are additional tips that could be purchased?

The second generation Apple penciled is a nice upgrade from the previous generation. The Lightning connector is gone from this Apple Pencil. Instead it uses magnets to attach itself onto the iPad Pro and charges and pairs wirelessly. The double tap feature is convenient for changing from one writing tool to another without having to lift your whole hand. For example: double tapping the pencil while in the writing position can change the selected pen tool to an eraser tool. The flat side of the Pencil ensures that it stays flush to the side of the iPad Pro as well as prevent it from rolling off a table. Pencil may easily detach from iPad Pro if stuffed into a crammed bag. The matte texture feels nicer than the previous Apple Pencil.

Works great! Been using it for about 2 years now with no issues at all. Great for procreate and any other drawing app. Smooth design and even attaches to the sides of an iPad pro 3rd gen

I love the magnetic charge. Easy to use. The shape is easy on the hands.

Earlier I was debating whether to buy it or not. After I bought, realised this is a great accessory for everyday use. Especially if you are a note taker using apps such as notability.. etc this is a must have accessory. Earlier I had iPad Pro 9.7” with 1st generation pencil, I have not used the pencil that much on ipad 9.7”. Integration was not that fluid in earlier generation. However this new generation product is well integrated to iPad especially because of magnetic charge and pairing you never feel like a additional task to charge and pair the pencil. Incase if you are not able to decide… I would suggest to go for it.

I purchased this pen alongside my iPad and it has not needed to be replaced to this day. It still charges quickly and holds a charge for a long time and is sensitive to the touch even with a thicker screen protector on the tablet. I am two years in and it performs as if new.

This is better than the first generation. The way it charges can’t brake. If you like to draw or hand write notes this pencil feels as close to the real thing as you’re going to get. I love it!

Makes drawing so easy on the iPad. I also love it stays on side of iPad, magnetically.

Love being able to use the pencil with the iPad. Lots of apps/programs now allowing use of the pencil. Only negative is, not a lot of iPad cases that offer pencil charging options.

Aye she is a nice snazzy lad. who knows how to do them scribbles. Tbh I love using her to take notes in class and takes notes on pdf which is SUPER useful. pero like the 1 can work just as well.

The 2nd generation Apple Pencil is so good I bought it twice, I use it for work constantly, for construction no less. Drawing sketches and highlighting details are easy and pretty user friendly. I thought I lost my first one, bought another without hesitation.
