Very well build, loves how it charges, and compatible with most new iPads!

When a pencil and paper takes longer to get or you need the digitally draw, this helps. It’s more about convenience than the drawing for me, though. I’d like to note I bought it on sale where it was almost half the price and that was my final deciding factor. Regular price though, eh, wait!

Love the. Fact that I can magnetically charge it with my iPad. Also it makes it harder to lose since it’s pretty much always stuck on there

Honestly I thought I really needed this and would use it everyday but I don’t. It’s a great item and does amazing things but for my line of work and use its not needed as much as I thought. That being said my kids use my tablet sometimes for school work and they use the pencil all the time and absolutely love it. I guess I’m old school use the finger and press the keys. Kids on the other hand make it look easy. They use it so much I bought them both one for Christmas presents when they were on sale. They use it ALOT.

For never using an Apple Pencil before I am very impressed with the sleekness and compatibility it has with the iPad Pro. Love that it charges on the actual iPad and not separately. The only thing that is a little frustrating is how often it switches over to the eraser during use due to the double tap feature.

I have mixed feelings about the Apple Pencil. In some ways, it is absolutely brilliant. The magnet aspect is amazing in my opinion. There are many capabilities that come with it. However, within a couple weeks of having it and dropping it a few times, I noticed that the tip was slightly chipped or degraded. Also, it is so frustrating sometimes how you cannot resize windows, swipe to the Home Screen, control center, notification screen, or access recently used apps screen with the Apple Pencil. Also, when using the scribble feature to write words into text boxes, good luck trying to do anything else because every time you do it will think you’re trying to write a word.

I also have a surface pro and I think this pen is better with how much control I have. I also love that it charges while attached to the iPad. It is light and feels good in my hand

The Apple Pencil (2nd Generation) is a marked improvement over the original. This pencil is more functional and easier to charge and do to the magnet harder to lose. - no additional parts needed.

Since you currently have no wireless mouse options with the iPad Pro this is a very nice substitute for it. Functions great, was easy to set up and my clients like its functional use.

Pencil works well with my Ipad. I like that it gets its charge from the Ipad.

My daughter loves this pen she draws all the time and she’s only eight. This pen is simple to use very durable and recharges quickly.

This thing is AWESOME. It was my very first Apple pencil, after being a lifetime Android user, and it really does feel better than Samsung's pens. The closer thing to a real pen that I've ever experience. And I absolutely LOVE the double-tap functionality to switch to eraser tool. And even more, I love that you can tap practically ANYWHERE on the pen to activate that feature. Not just on a single spot. Definitely recommended.

Works amazing with the tablet, it's great because I don't have to worry about charging it, just put it to the side of my iPad, and it fully charged, I use it a lot in my nursing classes I'm talking about 4+ hours of just straight writing never died on me.( Doesn't drain Ipad battery)

This is a solid upgrade from the first Apple Pencil. It feels much more streamlined and sleek to use. I like the fact that it quickly charges by attachment to the side of the ipad. The only negative is that if the pencil is left connected to the iPad overnight or for long periods of time, it will significantly drain the iPad battery. Otherwise it’s a great device.
