I’ve wanted to use the pencil since Gen 1 but waited until there was no need to awkwardly plug it into a USB-C port to charge it. Happy I waited for Gen 2. Feels great to use and is a nice addition to a compatible iPad.

I had the 1st gen pencil, this one is nicer. Charge and attach on the side of an iPad magnetically is great. It works great with the iPad os scribble feature. Love the tap to change the tip feature when drawing.

I was looking forward to the 2nd generation iPad Pencil Pro but it doesn’t connect and work with my iPad Pro 11-inch 3rd generation. My 3rd gen iPad doesn’t have the M4 processor, which is required to work with the iPad Pencil Pro. I was disappointed. I would still recommend it for users of the latest iPad Pro. It should work nicely with long-lasting battery charge.

As stylus go it's a great one, does what you want it to do my only complaint is that I wish that instead of tapping the side to switch the function you could have just put the back end to the tablet to engage the eraser. A few times I accidentally started erasing things when I started writing because I didn't realize I had tapped the pencil. I love that it keeps fingerprints off my screen as I use it almost exclusively to interact with the ipad now, However I'm not sure that the $120 price tag is worth it. I don't draw with it so maybe if you do it might be worth it.

The pencil is easy to use and I like the texture of the pen. The double tap option doesn't always work for me. I write with my hand and fingers close to the tip, and the pencil will not always pick up the double tap which can get annoying. Because of its smooth texture, it can be easy to drop. I dropped and damaged the tip a few days after my purchase and had to buy more pen tips. If you choose to buy the apple pencil, expect to buy pen tips because the pencil will NOT work with a damaged tip.

This pen writes so smooth when doing notes and is very useful in photoshop,Lightroom and any other apps I find myself using it on. I love how you can customize your hand placement on the screen for how you write. Definitely gonna get a pencil grip for it. Having extra tips for the Apple Pencil is also a good purchase idea.

The old pencil was nice but this one is great! It charges simply by attaching magnetically to the side of the iPad. It pairs instantly and shows charge status on screen when you dock it. It's now a single piece design with no cap to lose and you no longer have this long stick poking out of the lightning port on your iPad when charging. Writing and drawing are instant with very fast latency/responsiveness on screen.

I bought the Apple Pencil along with my iPad Pro in order to use Procreate and other design apps and programs. It works well and is pretty well adjustable in terms of settings. It works pretty seamlessly with my apps and doesn't take long to charge (being that the magnetic chargers are on the sides of the actual iPad itself). Having it always attached to the iPad while also charging is a big plus (so you're not constantly losing it or trying to locate it). That said, the price is pretty steep at basically $130. I'd still recommend it, just be prepared to shell out a pretty penny for it.

I love this apple pen. It is fun to write with and color on my iPad. My son uses it to draw and can use it easily. It is easy to use and charge.

Great for taking notes, making lists, and so much more. It attaches magnetically to my iPad, so no worries about losing it.

I purchased 2 of these pencils. One for my mother and one for myself. I though oh what the heck, let’s see if they are worth it. They are. Love this thing. Works as expected. It has a long life where using it. It charges fast. My mother is 90 and it helps her navigate around her iPad.

I love the apple pencil. I previously had the 1st generation one and this one is so much better because I don't have charge it as it automatically charged. Highly recommend over the 1st gen.

This product together with the iPad Pro is the perfect match. With this 2nd generation pencil, there are a number of great improvements like twice tapping of the pencil to allow you to switch pencil function. Plus I love the way to charge it by magnetic strip on the side of your iPad instead of the previous generation where it uses lightning charging. Kudos to apple to making it more convenient.

This pencil is a joy to hold and a joy to use. Any artist looking to maximize their use of an iPad Pro must have the product, it’s extremely precise and little no lag with the newest Pro models. The ability to wirelessly charge off the side of the tablet is also a welcome and useful addition, eliminating the cumbersome way of the last generation of pencil. Overall extremely pleased with my purchase.

I love my Apple Pencil. It works great on my iPad Pro. It doesn’t take long for it to get a full charge when I forget to put in on my iPad to charge. It fits good in my fingers. I really like this pencil. I love that I can write with it in a search bar as well as in notes and in just about any app.

Apple nailed this product. My son used this for entire high school and using it in collage. Bought a second one for collage and he uses it extensively for write and drawing on his iPad Pro.

Comparing the two Apple Pencil I really like this one a lot more. It is slimmer it isn’t as slippery as the first gen. I also really love the fact that it charges on the top and not on the bottom like the first gen.I also love the fact that I am not having to worry about losing the cap!!

Pros: I can take really good notes with this pencil. Especially combined with Good notes and Notability it feels like im writing on a notebook. With 120hz refresh it feels like there is no delay using the pencil. The battery life on this is amazing as well. Cons: The price for this pencil is very steep. You should primarily buy this if you are committed to exclusively using an ipad pro. For people who just use their ipad to watch videos/streams this is not worth it. It also is not very ergonomic using this for a long period of time hurts my hand so I suggest using
