Works perfectly with the iPad Pro. Gestures are a cool trick, and the pencil charges right from the tablet, also cool. Feels good in the hand and very accurate.

What can I say, another exceptional Apple product. Better than their version 1, does not roll off the desk, double tap is a nice feature. Magnetic charging is a real plus

Get yourself an iPad Pro and this, and you have the best drawing tablet on the market once you download procreate. Can’t recommend it enough. I draw exclusively on my iPad Pro now basically.

I have previously purchased Ipad "compatible" pencils but they never have the same features especially for drawing. I finally got a real Apple pencil and I was not disappointed! It works fabulously! Magnetizes to my ipad and charges itself! My only complaint would be that there is no light indicator so I'm assuming it's always on? Would have taken half a star off for that but it hasn't been an issue so far. Would definitely recommend getting one.

Having purchased a new iPad 11" Pro, I decided to go with the new pencil, even though I have never used one. This is a quality item, and very intuitive in use, once you start. And such a precise improvement over the former "use your finger to select and scroll". That said, you do have to get used to holding it, and making sure you don't lose it because it is (as with most Apple items) pricey. But I do recommend using it with the newer iPad generations. The magnetic mount and charging make it very convenient. Make sure you get a cover that holds it when you are not using it though.

Great product, works just as expected. Almost zero latency when used with my iPad Pro! It's great for taking notes, annotating during presentations and marking papers.

 pencil is a nice addition to the  ecosystem. I have been using it for the past few weeks and there is no latency at all. It is very precise and my procreate projects are getting better.

When I first purchased the iPad Pro 12.9 (2018) I wasn't convinced that I needed the pencil 2. But I decided to purchase it and give it a try. I use the pencil to take notes in class, to make notes while reading, to highlight text. Then I started using the iPad in Calculus. This is where I found the Pencil 2 excels. I can snap a picture of my homework and then work the problem in the OneNote app. The great thing about the pencil 2 and OneNote is the ability to work on a graph paper grid. Using the graph paper grid to graph math problems makes it much better than trying to work on paper. Also being able to switch colors, highlight text, instantly erase (without eraser dust) and work with images makes the pencil 2 a great tool for the iPad Pro.

I love this thing. I'm a photographer and I have no professional use for this but I love it. It's nice to write it with, paint, draw, color.. It's very cool. Great weight, design..

I bought this for use with my ipad pro 12'9 . Taking note for school with notability app turns out to be a decent experience. You can double tap the side to switch between easer and writing mode.

The Apple pen combined with the keyboard turned the I Pad into a multidimensional laptop and sketch book capable of completing digital and traditional handwritten school assignments.

First off, I really like this pen! Very responsive and smooth. Easy to use. Easy to charge. BUT…I really don’t have a reason to use it. Unless you’re an artist by trade or hobby, I think you’ll find yourself leaving this in a drawer and never using it. Again…great product!! But unless you draw frequently, I suggest you skip the pen and get a Magic Keyboard instead.

Beautifully made pencil for the Apple iPad! The weight of it fits perfectly in your hand and is exact in its writing on the iPad.

Just updated my iPad Pro, it’s great having my pencil attached and always charged. Pencil works great with what I used it with so far no complaints.

I used to get a sore index finger from using the touch screen. Now I can switch between the pencil and my finger and have not had pain since. Easy to write with. Charges quickly.

Precision is better than the average stylus pen. The fact that it’s magnetic and charges on your device is convenient.
