    I bought this pencil open box and it works and looks like brand new. I love the double tap feature to switch between tools in certain apps.

    If it wasn't for this Apple Pencil I would have had to download, print, sign, scan, and send it back. This is so amazing how responsive it is and house real it looks when writing.

    I have been spoiled by the Apple pen…I feel weird using being on my iPad without it. I love the functions of the double tapping on the pen as well. Also being able to write my text messages out

    Almost as if you are writing on paper, you can't beat how defined the writing is. I'm a PC/Droid guy but Apple made one incredible device in the iPad Pro for writing over documents with the Apple Pencil.

    Apple does not seem to integrate handwriting recognition out of the box. There is Good Notes in the App Store, but nothing out of the box as far as I can tell. As mentioned, it works great for drawing. The interface is sleek enough to translate pressure and positioning into the desired on-screen effect. The potential is there, but the lack of handwriting recognition out of the box is a drag.

    I bought this "pencil" for my daughter to do her homework on the iPad. She really likes it. She writes and draws with it like a "regular" pencil. The sensitivity is amazingly smooth. It's a good tool (just a bit pricey).

    Easy to use for our iPad 10.9 inch 5th gen. Very responsive, although some apps don’t let you utilize it but for the most part it does for day-to-day apps
