Very easy to use and I love that it charges when I charge the IPad. You don't necessarily need the pencil, but there are many things you can do with it.

I had the pencil #1 and just upgraded. Love the charging and accuracy of the pencil. Use it in GoodNotes for writing notes and for photo/video editing apps.

Im still learning all the features but it works great for note taking and drawing

I enjoy doing artwork on my ipad and this pencil made it a worlds worth of easier. I have used many styluses with my old tablet, and I realized just having the proper equipment can make things less work and more fun!

I've got larger hands so being able to write notes instead of trying to type them on the awkward iPad keyboard is very helpful. Also, make sure you check compatibility with your iPad. This won't work with the newer iPad Pro.

Do you not like using your finger all the time for your iPad? Then do I have the product for you! Buy this stylus and it will make you feel like you are playing a Nintendo DS. It also has some additional functionality you can set up if you want to mess around with it in case you think it's just a piece of plastic with no internal electronics.

The battery life is better. Its lighter. The first generation pencil was awkward especially the charging port. I like that you can magnetize it to your ipad

I bought it for my new iPad Pro. Works great. Useful for personal PDF mark up, write on Word document and especially great to work with Procreate

Works great, nice tool for everyday, I would recommend it if you are a graphic artist or content creator who needs accuracy and perfection but for other people who will only use it for notes and browsing the web there are better cheaper alternatives as it is a little bit overpriced

Honestly I’m not used to the whole pencil just yet but I can say that it’s really good even as a first timer. It’s a really good tool to write your notes on your iPad when you don’t want to type and a good way to keep the screen clean as well if you don’t want to scroll with your fingers.

Love the apple pencil if you are really a hands on person this pencil will make your life 10000 times easier. Love how it easy its to used on top of that how versatile it is my main use for it its editing i have big hands so to have something that pin point makes it so much easier for me also use it for sketching out plans tru other apps
