Purchased this Apple Pencil for my 2020 iPad Pro. Works like a charm. When I walked into Best Buy said “ I need the new Apple Pencil” staff rushed to help and I was out no less than 5 minutes. Easy charge just pop onto the side of your iPad and charges really fast no less than 5 minutes. Adaptive and very responsive with Procreate and other drawing apps. All around great accessory for your IPad Pro. A must have for artist.

I bought the Apple pencil to help me study for grad school. So I use it to highlight and write notes. Lately, I've been using it to journal and it has been amazing! I want to start drawing with it now! I've never owned the 1st gen pencil, so I can't compare it. But this one is definitely worth the money! Especially because it charges with the iPad, so it's one less cable I have to worry about!

The accuracy of the pencil on the iPad is uncanny! It is almost like writing on real paper! So much easier to take notes at work!

It's an Apple Pencil. There isn't much negative that can be said about it. It works seamlessly with the iPad and the wireless charging fixes the annoying thing about the original Apple Pencil!

It is a big improvement with respect to the first version. It charges on top of the Ipad wich is pretty useful to never run out of battery. For moving around, I prefer to put the pencil in another pocket (not attached to the iPad) because i am afraid I can lost it.

Pros: Fun to use with my iPad and it works well. Pretty cool to be able to hand write in search bars, etc. Cons: Must be attached (magnetically, to one specific side) to the iPad in order to charge. A separate charger would be more sensible and for me it would make it more accessible so I’d use it more. Difficult to extract from my protective case, so I rarely bother using it. At $100 it definitely hasn’t proven its worth the way the iPad itself has. If you’re getting a new device and considering getting the pencil at the same time, my advice is to hold off. You can always get it later. And really, I don’t think it’s worth more than maybe $50.

GREAT. WORKS AS DESIGNED AND LOOKS MODERN AND SLEEK. MAKES SITTING OR Standing a pleasant time for sitting or standing while using the iPad. The magnetic pen is absolutely an awesome feature. It hard to lose the pencil when on it’s your computer.

Works amazing, I love how it charges just by attaching it to the side and I love how accurate it is when drawing or taking notes.

As a digital artist who has no choice but to use a screen for 12 hours a day- the Ipad gives me options of where I can subject my eyes to burn. Instead of having to sit at a desk all day, I can go outside and let the sun AND screen deteriorate my retinas. The apple pen 2 is a perfect companion to the iPad. highly recommend it vs the first version, as this one wont break off in your charging port (it charges magnetically!)

Apple did it! Finally lol after owning the i can’t explain it designed Apple pencil 1, they did it finally, matte white not glossy, charges wirelessly and don’t need to worry about plugging and unplugging from ipad like the 1st one, and doesn’t die too since it’s always on the side charging, sensitivity is on point, best for productivity in of course Procreate, basically the Digital artists weapon, would recommend 103%!

I bought the Apple Pencil 2 for my iPad Pro 12.9”, it syncs up quickly, feels great in the hand and is weighted very nicely. The response of the pencil is pretty amazing, I thought there might be a little latency issue but that wasn’t the case. It’s a great tool for digital artists, students and people who take a lot of notes. You have to get the right apps to get the full experience out of the pencil, but it was well worth the $129 price point and I highly recommend it.

Okay, I was on the fence about needing the official pencil. I bought a knock off first to see how much I'd actually use a pen. After a few months I realized it was quite often and I just so happened to see the Apple pencil on sale. I bought it and let me tell you, nothing compares to it. I love all the features it has and the ease of use. Writing is so smooth. The only downsides are that you can only charge it using the iPad and there is no way to turn off the pencil to save battery power. I have a case on my ipad so whenever I need to charge the pen, I have to remove the sleeve I have it in. It would be perfect if I could charge it via cable too, or if I could turn it off to converse battery.
