We have had both first and second generation pencils and the second generation with its charging ability while tethered to the second generation iPad Pro is hands down a much better experience.

Works great with my iPad. I can do many things with it on my iPad besides taking notes. Great quality-not flimsy or hard to use. I think every student and adult that has an iPad should have one of these apple pencils, so versatile.

It’s easy to use but the only downside is it doesn’t stop charging once it hits 100%

I purchased the new new Apple Pencil to enhance my new iPad Pro & utilize the apps that are available now. The 2nd generation pencil not only has a magnet & attaches to the top of the iPad but it charges the Pencil also. Its a game changer!

I love my Apple Pencil 2nd generation. Mostly my youngest daughter use it more on her Procreate artwork. She love it. She always to my new iPad away from me. We both got a good used from the Apple Pencil.
