This pencil is not cheap in price but it does work like magic on the iPads. Very lightweight and easy to pair and charge up. There's some good apps out there that let you write up some notes or do some digital sketching on your iPad.

Overall the pencil is great. My experience  I had to pay more than what it was worth really because of a mistake from one of the store workers. when I got home the  Apple Pencil didn't work on my brand new iPad Pro 2024 and I realized it wasn't the new Apple Pencil pencil Pro so I wasn't compatible with my brand new iPad. So I had to drive 40 minutes back to the store to return it and get it replaced yeah gas isn't cheap. So on that note make sure the pencil is the right one for your ipad they do look alike so DOUbLE check hopefully this review saves at least one person from haveing customer service issue , but the lady made a simple mistake and was nice and didnt mean it . Im not trying to get anyone in no trouble its cool, and btw the pencil pro is amazing and u should buy extra tips incase you drop the pencil and it lands on its tip lol the pencil wasnt damaged just the tip was so lucky me had to make another trip just to get some tips lol i recommend them the first time u buy bc the pack comes with 4 mistakes lol fixers ... all in all problem was me i shoulda checked the pencil at the counter even tho its behind the counter ... and yeah i shouldnt have dropped pencil on the ground directly on the tip to dent it (whats the odds?) lol but pencil is fine just needed tips and i shoulda been a salesman for the tips bc i wouldnt sell one pencil pro with the investment of the tips , probalbly last years with 4 tips plus the one it comes with , i dk i just bought it and im good now on my 2nd tip im more careful. Still 5 stars ... - customer service but was nice + and my -drop but bought tips fix + =5*

A marvelous light beast. For Daily tasks, this is an easy choice. It can edit, record and suprisingly, even game some. This laptop is a light beast for productivity. You can edit 4k raw footage on a macair. That’s crazy. For something like in its size and it’s all because of the M2 Chip. Battery life is amazing. I can go a whole day (12 hours) and the battery will only be half drained with 56% remaining. Apple silicon is so good and has the potential to beat out most rival manufacturers. Gaming wise, I as able to play subnuatica in 1440p resolution on a MACAIR! That’s on custom settings and at lower graphic settings, but the fact it can run subnautica is downright impressive for its slim size. I bet once more games are optimized for mac when Sonoma OS comes. We will see more games come to mac. Which will be great.

I was not sure how much I would actually use this pen but I am glad that I purchased it. It has become my favorite accessory for my iPad Pro and I use daily. I do wish that apple would incorporate a eraser for the opposite end, but maybe in a future iteration.

I love my Apple Pencil. This is my second one and I bout it open box excellent condition. It has been just that. I do a lot of note taking, planning, and coloring on my iPad. My 3 year old broke my last one so I figured it was best to buy it used for half the price of new. Amazon also have alternative tips for the pencil if you want to change the tip out and that has been amazing for me. I truly enjoy my tech and Best Buy is typically number one for my tech purchases! I know my products used or new will be outstanding!

I bought this for my daughter after getting her the iPad Pro. She is an artist. Man oh man!!! The things she has learned to do since getting this!! What a difference from the drawing tablets and pens. She is always drawing something now. She absolutely LOVES the pencil!

Does what it’s supposed to. Feels good in your hand. Charges when it’s connected to iPad (magnetically). Don’t really have to worry about it ever dying because it doesn’t drain very fast.

Very responsive. Feels like a normal pencil. The first version was to long and worst charging way. Now it magnified to the side for the iPad and charges. If u want to draw, sketch or write on ur iPad pick the Apple Pencil 2 up!

I am a nursing student and also love to plan. I’ve been using my pencil for notes and I love how it writes. I also use it for art to help me relax. I am older so I wasn’t sure how I’d adjust to going electronic for school but this pencil is amazing. It charges super fast. I can go from 0% to 68% in five minutes and it lasts all day. I use a skin for protection and I love how it feels. I’ve improved my handwriting and have made some nice notes. I’m so glad I purchased it.

The Apple Pencil has worked so well for me. I have had it for about 8 months. In that time I lost it and found it in the parking lot at my work. It had rained for a few days and possibly was stepped on or run over by a car. It has cracks on the whole body. HOWEVER it still works perfectly fine! It charges well and the battery lasts for about the whole day while I’ve been using it consistently. I have an Apple Pencil cover I use and I can’t even tell it’s cracked. So even after the rain and being stepped on, it is still in great working condition.

So this is my first time owning an ipad, I went with the mini and had to get the pen. I love the features of the pen its fun to play with! I will be using it for school to take notes and mobile gaming.

Big upgrade from gen 1 pencil which is a good device. This totally wireless system that magnetically attaches to ipad pro is the stuff! Takes ipad to the next level. Gen 1 did the job but the cord and little 2 sided connector was not the most convenient and it rolled too easy on a flat surface. 2nd gen has the flat side to fix that prob. My only gripe is the sharp edges from the flat side can dig into my finger with extended use. Have to adjust grip

Such an amazing little pen !!! It’s so light and super nice to hold it charges on your tablet which I think is a plus instead of all the cables needed for charging. Writes so smoothly and perfectly.

Thought it only works with newer Pro versions, its simple to use and charge. Just magnetically place it on your iPad and your set. Won’t roll off your desk desk thanks to the flat spot build into the stylus, just like a real pencil.

I'm super happy with this! I love that it can charge wirelessly, fits in my case, and has a great feel to it. There is a flat strip on the pencil that I noticed when I first started to use it, but now I'm used to it. I also love that it has pressure sensitivity, which doesn't come with the USB-C version. So if you like to draw or need pressure sensitivity for anything and your iPad isn't compatible with the 1st gen, get this one!
