Worthy upgrade from Apple Pencil
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Good: -Smoother writing -Charging is done on the side of iPad and not through lightning -Shorter and more compact -Double tap setting is very convenient to go from writing to erasing -Battery Charges seems about the same as version 1 The Bad: -No extra tip -Not cheap The Bottom Line: If you have a new iPad, then you should definitely get the Apple Pencil 2 since the writing is smoother and the charging is much easier by snapping it to the side of the iPad. While the Pencil isn’t cheap, it does work very well and I can’t imagine taking notes any other way. Overall I would recommend.

Cool
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Apple Pencil has been a great addition to use with my iPad Air 2020. There’s a lot of uses included just scrolling through web pages or reaching corners of the iPad easier. It is very sensitive to pressure from the slightest tough to pushing harder down on the screen and everything inbetween. It picks up the angle of writing easily and makes drawing, editing, erasing and writing a lot more authentic and more natural as I don’t have to keep changing the paint brush settings to get lighter/darker strokes or change the width to get wider or thinner lines as the pencil does it all automatically and without hesitation. It has a very good hand feel and after spending prolonged periods of writing it’s still comfortable to hold and the Matt finish helps it not slide in my hand. Attaching magnetically to the side of my tablet and also charging from it is incredibly useful as it’s always there and charged when I want to use it and the magnets are strong and keep it firmly in position. The battery life is also very impressive as I’ve never managed to get it to go anywhere below 80% charged. The double tap works very well and is very useful for writing notes or drawing and saves a lot of messing around with selecting the marker or eraser. Cons: It can be knocked off from the side of the iPad or get in the way if you are holding the tablet two handed and portrait however I bought after buying a self adhesive Apple Pencil sleeve for £8 I don’t have that problem anymore but always have the pencil there without occasionally being in the way. The double tap feature works better on the flat side (that’s what you're meant to do) but on the rounded edges or further up it doesn’t always pick the double tap up but if you hold the pencil as it should the double tap is responsive and sensitive. The scribble feature could do with some work in regards picking up some letters or numbers although I have the hand writing of a child at best which I’m sure doesn’t help.

Fantastically designed pencil for an iPad
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic accessory. My wife loves using it with her mini iPad. I bought the Logitech pencil but returned it for this item. It was well worth the extra money I spend. It is very well designed, charges when connected to the iPad. It is so easy to use.

Great product
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely love my iPencil. Can’t imagine using my iPad Pro to it’s highest potential without this product! Very satisfied. Product works as described and quality is good. Holds charge as it says it should. Fits in many different iPad cases. Only downfall is tips are sensitive and break easily if pencil is dropped. Wish they would sell it out extra tips. I learned the hard way, to buy extra tips when I dropped it at work and my pencil tip got smooshed. Otherwise overall satisfied.

Stopped working after 5 months...
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has been almost 5 months since I have ordered this Apple Pencil and it worked decently well for me, until just last week where it wouldn't even work with my iPad Pro at all. It would connect and read on my device, but once I try to use it, the Apple Pencil automatically disconnects and does not work. In terms of how I use the Apple Pencil, this 2nd gen design is something that took me a while to get used to but it works decently. The double tap to undo/erase/etc. was something I barely used, but it's a fun feature to have and could be useful. I really like how it has a magnet that makes it easy to attach onto the iPad Pro to both connect and charge. This is probably my favorite thing about the 2nd Gen Apple Pencil. Unfortunately, I had to knock off a few stars because of how it stopped working. I hope I can get this problem troubleshooted, but for now, this pencil is a major "eh" for me.

Highly recommended accessory for iPad Pro
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried to not buy the Apple Pencil for as long as possible, but I ultimately needed it for work (note-taking/designing figures) and bought the Apple Pencil 2. I previously owned the 10.5 inch iPad Pro and the 1st generation Apple Pencil and comparatively, the design changes have their pros and cons. In terms of the cons, I think the Apple Pencil 1 is a little thicker than the 2. For someone with larger hands, it actually was more comfortable holding the 1 than the 2. If I'm doing a lot with the Apple Pencil 2 for a long period of time, my hand cramps up more quickly than when I used the 1. As for the pros, I have to say that the magnetic connection and wireless charging features are what ultimately makes the 2 worth buying. I've misplaced the charging dongle of my Apple Pencil 1 many times and also the pencil itself. I also have brought out the 1 only to find that the battery is dead many times. Being able to attach the Apple Pencil 2 to the iPad has been such a huge improvement in my usage. So, if you do a lot of note-taking, drawing or photo editing, you can't go wrong with the Apple Pencil 2, especially with the new features.

Fantastic for my iPad
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing works better on my iPad Air when it comes to drawing or writing. The pencil works flawlessly, and charges just by being attached to the iPad magnetically. Does everything it says it does, and has that Apple design aesthetic that makes it the premium product it is.

Feels like a real Pencil, works like one too. An a
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The pencil can sense if you're holding it straight or at a slant and the strokes become thicker the more you slant it. It works fabulously in the Notes app and fairly well in other apps, I am sure the other apps will offer updates for iPad Pro soon. Procreate is one of the art apps that offers full support for the Apple pencil and it is amazing. It is however a complex app to use as it has mind-boggling features for advanced drawing and painting. Luckily, it comes with a full featured book to explain how it works. Some apps like Sketches are easier. See sample pic sketched in 10-12 min (Sketches App). This is an excellent input device for the Apple iPad Pro. It is not perfect in some ways but it is very good at drawing, writing and touch control of the tablet. Here are the pros and cons as I have seen them since my use of the pencil: Pros: • Excellent for drawing or writing • Excellent for reworking photos and doing graphic arts • When used as a touch control it is very precise when using the tip. I even like using it to read with and highlighting text in a book. • It comes with a spare tip that can be replaced. • It comes with a lightning adapter that lets you use a lighting cable to charge the pencil. • It charges quickly • You can vary the pressure or the slope of the pencil tip to adjust the darkness or the width of a stoke of a bush while coloring a drawing for example. • You can see the charge level of the pencil by pulling down on the daily window shade at the top of the screen and touching widgets. The charge level of your iPad and the pencil will be displayed. Cons: • There is no way to attach the pencil to the iPad Pro or to the Apple Smart Keyboard. A simple magnet or other mounting technique would have been greatly appreciated. • The cap covering the Lightning plug on the pencil is in no way attached to the pencil which makes it very easy to lose since you have to frequently remove the cap to charge the pencil. The cap does have a small built in magnet so that when it is installed on the pencil it remains in place, but once removed to charge the pencil its lifetime is limited to human error of losing it. • The charging connector supplied for the pencil is vey small and it also has no method of connecting it to a key ring or any other object. It is the size of a small medical pill and potentially easily lost. •

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Game-Changer for Busy Homes!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been eyeing the bObsweep Orb-i Self-Emptying Robotic Vacuum for a while, and wow — this thing is a dream for anyone juggling a busy household! The 5000 Pa suction power is no joke — it picks up pet hair, crumbs, and dust like a pro, even from carpets and corners that usually need extra attention. The LiDAR mapping makes it super smart — it doesn’t bump around randomly like cheaper robots. It actually learns your home and cleans efficiently, room by room. The 100-day bin capacity is such a win, too. I love the idea of not having to constantly empty it — perfect for someone who wants clean floors without the hassle. And the design? The “chocolate” color gives it a sleek, high-end look that fits right in with my decor. Between the strong suction, smart navigation, and self-emptying base, this vacuum feels like having a little cleaning assistant that never complains! If you’re looking for a robot vacuum that’s powerful, stylish, and seriously convenient — this one’s it.

Upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to the iPad Pro and was initially annoyed I had to upgrade my pencil as well. However the pencil 2 seems to be more accurate and my hand writing is much more legible. (I take notes for class). The wireless charging feature is so much nicer and you don’t have to worry about losing a cap anymore. It’s slimmer than the original which can be odd if you’re used to thicker pencils. I would suggest purchasing a grip for ease of use as well.

Its the Ipad magical wand! Love this thing
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Way better than Gen 1! The new apple pencil is outstanding and has lived on the side of my Ipad Pro since I bought it. I picked up a second one to have on my Mini also so I don't have to remember to grab the pencil from one device to move to the other if I am traveling. Love these pencils! So may shortcuts have been added to make this a powerful side kick to any Ipad that supports it.

HIGHLY recommended for iPad users
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Apple Pencil allows you to unlock an entire array of different functions on the iPad you would otherwise never notice was there. Note-taking and drawing is really easy to do with this pen. The ability to charge it by magnets on the side of the iPad is so seamless and ensures that you never run out of battery. The pen lasts a very long time. So far I’ve only ever dipped into the 80% range during my class lectures. Definitely recommended for students!

Great Pencil upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, so good! I picked this up to go with my new iPad Air and I'm not disappointed. I love that it attaches magnetically and is always there (the flat sides are nice too). I also like that it charges while attached. No more having to attach a cable or plug it into the iPad like version 1. Just those two reasons are enough to warrant the upgrade (if your iPad is compatible).

Feels Like Magic - A Must-Have for iPad Users!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you own an iPad that supports the 2nd gen Apple Pencil, this is a must-have. The responsiveness and precision are next level; it feels like writing on paper, but better. I use it for everything: taking notes, sketching, editing photos, and even marking up PDFs. Magnetic charging on the iPad’s side is super convenient, and I never worry about battery life anymore. It pairs instantly and just works, exactly what you’d expect from Apple. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but after using it daily, it’s 100% worth it. It’s elevated my productivity and creativity in a big way. A+ product!

Excellent for notes!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a college student it makes using my iPad Air fun and easy. Thankfully there are plenty of tutorials online to teach me how! The way it sticks like a magnet to the side of my iPad is awesome because I don’t need to plug it to recharge and I always know where it’s at. I think the price is bananas but I guess that’s what you have to pay if you want the apple brand. Honestly, knock offs just aren’t the same though.

Surprisingly sleek
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disclaimer this is the only apple pencil I have owned and been in contact with... That being said I love it, the weight of it is just enough that it isn't flying away (or feels too flimsy). The feature of the magnetic charging is super easy and quick. THE DOUBLE TAP THOUGH! It makes taking notes a lot easier when you can just do the double tap and continue. It also charges relatively quickly and the battery lasts awhile- yes, we are talking DAYS, which is convenient if I forgot to charge it overnight.
