    Great Addition to Your iPad!

I bought this after test-driving my friend's iPad and Apple Pencil. I was impressed with the precision and accuracy of the pencil. It almost writes as well as a real pencil, minus the tacticle feel against paper. What's better is I get to save what I wrote for prosperity. For example, I journal quite a bit with paper and pen. Now, it's with iPad and Apple Pencil. I can also save what I wrote and search for it later, as the app I use can search actual, bonafide handwriting. Only complaint, and it's more of an iOS thing than it is the pencil, is that about 25% of the time, iOS guesses incorrectly a twhat I wrote. This leads to much frustration. I do traditional handwriing/Cooper calligraphy style-writing. Oftentimes, iOS thinks I wrote one thing when I really wrote something else. As a result, I have to print rather than use cursive so that iOS can understand me. The Pencil attaches to the iPad via a magnet and charges through induction. The first generation Pencil was hokey, in that you had to plug in a physical cable to charge it.

Apple Pencil generation works great with the iPad mini 6. Cases for the Mimi 6 are available with a pencil holder which automatically charges the pencil. Great for drawing, scribbling,, taping the onscreen keyboard, gaming and so much more. Easy setup.. it automatically connects. Better than using your finger. The only negative is that the price.

Must-have tool for precise editing work on iPad.

The Apple Pencil 2 has made editing on my iPad Pro a breeze! Much more precise than my finger, and the double-tap to erase feature saves so much time in the long run. It literally sticks to the side if you’re iPad Pro magnetically, which takes care of storage AND that’s how it charges! You’ll never have a dead Apple Pencil. This is a must-have tool if you use your iPad Pro for editing, design, or note-taking!

Apple Pencil works right out of the box. Sticks right to the right side of your iPad when not in use. And charges when attached. Great for anyone looking to write or use it to navigate your iPad. Great for artists. You can draw or sketch anything. Would highly recommend!

Works wonderfully and with the ipad air, I never lose it, it just sticks right on and charges without additional cables. Wish I had bought into apple products sooner. I use this for drawing, note-taking, and everyday use. With drawing, it works well and the double-tap feature to swap between writing tip and eraser is really helpful.

Excellent. Writes well. Very intuitive. Will recommend to anybody. There’s no lag when writing. Makes things easier. Saves time. You’ll enjoy using the iPad better. It’s an additional feature to like iPad. It helps in taking notes and writing stuff. I’m not good in drawing but this pen helps me a lot. I like it and it’s much better than the first one, so I’m told.

If you own the 2018 Ipad Pro, then you need to have this item. The pencil makes the overall experience so much more predominant and better! The pressure sensitivity is incredible and really shines when sketching or note taking. This is so much better than the 1st generation pencil. Great work Apple! The fact that i was able to get this on sale during the holidays for $99 made it an excellent purchase!

Has both pressure sensitivity and tilt support, making it really good for drawing or creative work. Double-tap gesture: you can switch tools (like from pen to eraser) by tapping the side. Magnetic pairing and wireless charging: attach it to the side of a compatible iPad and it charges. Low latency and very precise input — great “natural” feel. Supports Apple Pencil hover (on some newer iPads), which helps with previewing strokes.

I love how naturally the pencil attaches to the size bezel of the iPad. Charging is seamless and it feels so natural to use. There's a slight, almost imperceptible resistance at the point which gives the feeling of gliding across a sheet of paper. What a cool addition to your iPad!

The pencil works seamlessly. It is very fluid and comfortable to hold. I love the ability to just place it on the side of my iPad Pro to charge, connect and see how much battery is remaining. It charges up really fast to a full charge. The use of the customization of features is as simple as double tapping on the pencil itself to bring up what you would like to do. Great product but the price could be a bit lower.

Something about how it writes makes it an actual joy to write with this thing on an iPad. My favorite thing about it is that the page doesn’t drag down as you’re trying to write. Combine that with easy charging done magnetically through the iPad and having it turn on instantly when you detach it makes this worth every penny.

*Disclaimer This does NOT work on apples. First I tried on a McIntosh, because I mean c'mon, it's a given! When that failed I thought maybe it was lacking something so I hit it with Pazazz, but that fell flat like Granny Smith in her Gravenstein. I even saw a Pink Lady in the Gala but still it failed. After all that disappointment I gave up and have just been using it on my iPad. And yeah, sure, it's like better than any stylus or tablet pen I've ever used with like a bajillion levels of sensitivity and touch sensors. The weight is great, it's comfortable to use for long periods and it charges wirelessly. Like DOPE!!. but still.. I was really hoping to write an ode to Newton on his native fruit.

I purchased the Apple Pencil (2nd Generation) in Open Box Excellent condition, and I’m very impressed. The pencil looked brand new like no scratches, marks, or signs of wear. It paired instantly with my iPad and works flawlessly for note-taking, drawing, and navigation. The magnetic charging and double-tap feature make it super convenient to use. At $70.99, this was an incredible deal compared to the full retail price, and I feel like I got a brand-new product at almost half the cost. If you’re considering an Apple Pencil, I highly recommend checking out the Open Box options, they’re a great way to save money without sacrificing quality.

THE accessory to have. Worth the $$$

You don’t need to buy an Apple keyboard to use with your iPad Air or Pro or Mini. In fact, I personally prefer a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard for that. But the accessory you truly need to unlock your iPad is an Apple Pencil. Yes, it’s outlandishly expensive. But if you compare using this with a Logitech Crayon or, worse, an off-brand stylus, you may find yourself asking why you didn’t just shell out for the real deal. It’s absolutely a must if you plan to do any kind of art, and the tap “button” makes it easy to program a secondary function like an eraser without constantly having to switch tools. And the coolest feature: the magnetic charger that just satisfyingly snaps the pencil to the side of the iPad and connects and charges it quickly. The best.

I had bought a generic stylus pen for my iPad Pro but it wasn’t working well so I decided to buy the real Apple pen for 129. It is an amazing pen and works exceptionally well especially for drawing. It charges itself on the side of the iPad. I really love the pen, I knocked the value down to 4 stars as I thought it was too expensive.

What can I say, its a digital pencil. Great for taking notes, and as a student coming from using pen+paper all the time, it did NOT feel like a compromise to take notes on the iPad — in fact I prefer a little bit of the gliding because it helps me to write a bit faster lol. Probably shouldn’t cost this much, but I’m still happy with it.
