    Pencil is great! Delivery experience is awful. Roadie failed to deliver it and claimed to attempt delivery at 9:35 pm but I tracked him all day and he did not come near my house. Then I had to repurchase the pencil and the refund was a problem and did not show on my cc soI had to dispute the charge. Very unsatisfactory
