She is very pleased with it. The pencil performs as she expected and she uses it constantly versus using her finger.

Not what I expected

I didn’t open the box and start using it until a month after I bought it and it was too late to return it. It does have a strong magnet and stays in place. As far as writing is concerned I personally do better with a knock off brand. This is unlike Apple products. Maybe I got a faulty one. No I do not recommend this Apple Pencil.

Outstanding Customer Service

I really enjoyed the purchasing experience and receiving an explanation of the products I purchased. I don’t remember their names, but it was awesome male and female teammate who helped me out.
