Associate grabbed it for wife’s new iPad Air 11” come to find out it’s not compatible with her new iPad . She needs a different version.

Pencil Not Connecting

Beside it all I really do love, Just disappointed

Terrible - Avoid at all costs!

It Now no longer charges. I paid $120 for this piece of junk with preconceived notion that Apple products are extremely high-quality. Boy was I wrong. I contacted Apple support and explained to them the issue I was having with it. After an hour or so troubleshooting, I was told that it would need to be replaced. Fortunately, I still had the box because of how recently I purchased it to get the serial number. Unfortunately, they said because it was more than a year that I would have to pay $122 For a replacement where you can buy this cheaper on Best Buy. I genuinely feel as though I was scammed out of money. There are knock offs that do the exact same thing and charge the exact same way for less than half the price I would highly suggest buying one of those instead.
