The pen works well. Good quality. The pen doesn't jump when your hand touches the screen. Makes it easy to get signatures.

The pen serves it's purpose but not sure if it's worth the money. However, if you prepare to write than type and likes to draw, maybe it'll be well worth it for you! Otherwise, you probably can do without it.

This was a birthday gift for my artist daughter who happens to be 10. She also received a new iPad which needed a durable case. I am an apple advocate, but this didn’t work due to the case not being compatible with the pen so it could charge.

Works just like the first gen, really good quality

This Apple Pencil is an improvement over the series 1, however it’s not perfect. I like the texture and feel while holding it and using it. My issue is with the response when you use the double tap feature to switch tools. Hopefully this can be fixed in a firmware update. Overall a good purchase if you own an iPad Pro.

I had to get a new pencil after a year, but overall I’ve had little issues with it.

This 2nd gen is amazing. The tracking is so tight. Separate from using it for drawing, just using this iPad to interact with the iPad interface is a pleasure.

Great functionality overall, but the "button" on the side of the pen is a little sensitive, for me at least, and I would accidentally hit it somewhat often. I just turned off the "button" function in the settings and have been enjoying it much more this way.
