    Great for graphics applications, pencil feels more natural than 1st gen pencil. The only drawback is you cannot store pencil attached to the iPad as it will completely drain the iPads battery, even when pencil is 100% charged, the iPad will be drained overnight.

    Have a brand a new iPad so got the newest version of the Pencil... only to find it didn't work. Returned it and am rethinking if I need one at all, and if I do I'll get 1st Gen.
