    This pen is much better than the first! It’s matte, unlike the first generation, so I am able to hold it more comfortable

    I got the pencil about a month ago so I could do digital art and photo editing work on my iPad. The pencil worked for about 2 weeks then stopped connecting to the device. I took it to Best Buy and the first time around, they told me in order for me to be able to return or exchange it, I needed to talk to Apple support because they said it was somehow connected to another device. I did that but Apple told me they wouldn’t be able to see what device it’s connected to if it’s under my account even though it isn’t. Went back to Best Buy and they told me I wasn’t able to do it at all anymore because the return policy is up. Total waste of my time and gas.

    It is a solid product. Not a must for the iPad unless you are an artist or take a lot of hand written notes. It is good for surfing and clicking but if that is all you are using it for stick with your touch
