Kinda pointless.

But, honestly, it's kind of pointless unless you're using it for art or doodling. Wouldn't recommend shelling out $100+ for an item that accomplishes little more than your finger tip.

Great pen but..

Simple stuff like plugging to an ultrawide monitor doesn't quite work (you can't extend display with the iPad or get rid of the scaling issues - black bars on each side, you cant even open a word document without losing features). If all you want to do with your $ 900 device is draw and watch Netflix the iPad pro is the way to go - then screen is mind-blowing and the pen is great. If you want to actually get some work done I'd go Surface pro. I wanted to like the iPad but it's a tough one to justify, in my mind just a shiny object.
