No Return

I used it for 2 weeks and it started intermittently working and the next minute it would not respond even though the pencil was fully charged and connected to Bluetooth. I took it back to the Gunbarrel BestBuy store where I purchased it and the clerk told me that they could not do anything for me and that I needed to contact Apple. When I purchased it, I asked the salesman could I bring it back if it doesn’t work. He said I had 60-days to return it if need be. I’ll be very careful from now on buying from BestBuy.
