TERRIBLE shipping experience

I have no complaints about the product, but the shipping was terrible. I got a call from a random girl at 10:00pm while I was at a concert saying she had my apple pencil and was dropping it off. I am in college, so I shipped the pencil to my college's post office (thinking it would be shipped by USPS). The student center/ post office was closed, so she decided to hide my package in a PUBLIC place. I had to frantically call people to go try to find and pick up my package so it wouldn't get stolen. No where in the emails did it clearly say that my pencil was being shipped via 3rd party. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating. Needless to say I will never be buying from Best Buy again.
