Stopped working

I tried repairing it and nothing would work. Even got apple tech's involved. The pencil just stopped working for no apparent reason. Loved it until I couldn't use it.

Sometimes sometimes not

Sometimes my pen will stay connected sometimes it will not if it gets down to 30% charge it seems to disconnect from my tablet and I am so new to using the iPad and the pen that I have forgotten how to reconnect it and had to call tech-support twice I don’t understand why the pain becomes unconnected even if I set it down for just a few minutes
