more expensive than 1st gen but it writes smoother

Great look and abilities but not clear that it only works with limited iPads and that is annoying and caused me to have to buy and return.

Bought this as a gift so return window closed. When they opened it and tried to use it, everything connected but would not write. Waste of money. I guess no one to blame but myself but like new condition should not have the tip wore down and not work properly

its ok. not sure whats the difference between this and the first one. i was just forced to get this since the old one wont work for the new ipad.

Don’t know why I waited so long to get this! Script to text is really good, even my sloppy writing is translated. Looking into some drawing apps next. The Apple Pencil exceeded my expectations.

Bought this for my daughter. She loves it. It’s user friendly and she says she can’t live without it. She uses it for work as well as personal use and she says it makes her job a lot easier.

Tip fell off out of no where , couldnt find it so i ordered more tips from apple and they dont wont

It's great that it magnetically attaches and charges when placed on the iPad; however it's easy to knock off. It's use is not intuitive and doesn't invite investigation.

Great upgrade from the 1st gen, which was excellent. Better battery performance, upgraded feature set. Much more sensitive for artists and designers. Does the basics for taking notes easily.

This is a great Pencil for the Ipad Pro 12.9 inch 6th gen and the new hover support over the screen is great cant wait to see what newer features they come up with next with rhe new M2 Chip!

My husband bought me this Apple Pencil for Christmas on my account! I was so surprised and just love it. I use it almost non-stop because I am simply in love with it. AND he got it on sale!

The pencil tip was not aligned properly, not straight but still convenient to have

We had to return it because it doesn’t work with the newest iPad that isn’t an Air or Pro. Only doing a review for th purchase points.

Have not used. No real use for this item. It should come with the iPad instead of having to pay extra. Still need to take the time to find out how to use.

I expected a much better response for 2nd generation product, but it offered similar performance. The design and grip are better than 1st generation.

I bought an Apple Pencil for my daughter, but it didn’t work from the moment we unboxed it. When I brought it back to the store, expecting a quick replacement or repair, the staff refused to help. Their unwillingness to resolve the issue left me frustrated and disappointed, especially considering how expensive the product is. I wouldn’t recommend buying this pencil or paying for a membership if this is the level of service you get. Save your time, money, and patience!

We didn’t have the write equipment for charging. Wish I knew that before we brought it home.

My pencil came out with lose nose tip. It was my first pencil so I kept on using it; until one night, while trying to write fast, it’s nose tip came out. I tried to put it back forcefully and bent the plastic accidentally. I called apple and it said that I would need to pay full premium price + California tax plus shipping as hold to get a replacement and return the broken one. it also said that the team would evaluate the pencil for any accidental damage - if they find it an accidental damage, they would charge me 100% of the hold. Yes - I should have returned on day-1 when I noticed it was lose but I just didn’t know if it was meant to be like that. I now need to buy a new one…
