The person who sold it to me was busy casually talking to a co worker nearby. I had to interrupt to get help. She didn't seem very knowledgeable about the product and accessories nor did she seem very enthusiastic about helping me get everything I needed. The price for the open box product and the condition of the Item itself wasn't horrible but could have been better. I dont like that the main accessories for the iPad pro doesn't get included with the purchase and is very expensive.

low compatibility range with ipad devices,

I wish they had a broader match - we have 3 ipads here - one from last year! and it wasn't compatible with any. I had to retrun and buy apple pencil 1. Also I had to google "why" it wasn't working, there is no device message error displayed explaining it wasn't a match to my ipads.
