Very responsive and reflects my writing ability to a tee, which isn't very good, but it is faster than typing.

The second generation pen is a really nice step up from the first generation. Still learning how best to use it.

Cool idea but breaks too easily. This got dropped (fell off the magnetic bit while being carried and broke after that maybe 2.5-3 foot fall.

I wanted to love it but they have to be connected to the iPad 24/7 otherwise the battery messes up. I bought it twice and they both stopped working after a couple of months

The one I received has a dent on the tip which makes it very hard to use sometimes. You have to angle it just right in order to use, but other than that i use it to design my photos & decorate shirts.

I like this pencil. Can't wait to learn all the different ways I can use it. The magnetic hold is very strong.

Love this pencil it’s very responsive, I love using coloring apps with it, works like a real colored pencil.

I’ve gone through 3 apple pencils for the same reason, it just stops working all of a sudden, it Best Buy’s fault I think apple just doesn’t expect people to use this everyday. My wife draws tattoos out and we’ve had to replace 2 already, one was out of warranty so we’re on our 3rd. I would recommend a warranty because they seem to go out between the 6-8 month window but thankfully apple has replaced it twice before that.

Pretty cool accessory for niche uses, the price point made me want to vomit.

I was hoping this would assist with hearing the tv more clear since im hard of hearing. But it wont connect or stay connect via the app.

Nice product with a few minor shortcomings. I found some of the Notebook functionality somewhat hard to use with text boxes in Notebook. I replaced my first pencil thinking that it was faulty but the same issue continued. Booked a Genius appointment at Apple Store and after 4 techs tried to help a solution was found but it was not as intuitive as I would expect from an Apple product. Seems to work well with graphics.

Decent pen, but the tip seems to wear down very easily. Can be replaced with tips from Amazon.

Pencil can sometimes not respond when I'm writing. When I'm writing, there will be a big line that goes through the entire page and the pencil won't work after that. Not sure what's happening.

Point tip of pencil broke off one month and two days after purchase. I have been exclusively purchasing and a huge fan of Apple products for many years.

I got a new IPad and decided to get the Apple Pencil. Well, it doesn’t drag things around like a stylus. I’m not an artist so I don’t use this to draw pictures. I’m not happy with the new IPad or pencil. There you go!

It will not pair to my IPAD. I am planning to take it back today it get them to see if they can help me with it.

Stopped working not even a year later. I dropped it a lot maybe get a case for it.

Price dropped $50 right after i purchased and best buy refuses to refund the difference. the 30 day refund policy is only 15 days at the store, so you are better off buying this product either from amazon, or apple.

I am so excited to have this pencil. It’s encouraged me to draw and doodle more (?). It’s fun to use.

Much better than 1st gen pen. Double tap to switch function is very handy. Wish it is a bit cheaper.
