Scratched my iPad Pro.

Doesn’t last- not great quality

The pen will charge but no longer write. Tried to YouTube how to reset in so many ways and nothing. Product quality has really gone down.

Not the Quality You Expect From Apple

It worked great for about 2 weeks, but then it stopped working at all. My wife also purchased one for her iPad Pro and had the same experience. This is not up to the standards we have come to expect from Apple. If it wasn't that the return date has passed, I would return it for a refund.

Poor quality Apple products

Had been perfectly taken care of and like I said, hardly used. Apple products continue to disappoint me.

2 out of 2 don't work

The pencil stopped worrking within 7 months. Sat on the phone for 3 hrs with Apple support, nothing was able to be fixed. Got 2nd Apple 2 Pencil. Stopped working within 4 months. No joke. Apple Care said to take them to Apple Store. Apple Store, said to take it to Best Buy. Extremely frustrated.
