The pencil stopped worrking within 7 months. Sat on the phone for 3 hrs with Apple support, nothing was able to be fixed. Got 2nd Apple 2 Pencil. Stopped working within 4 months. No joke. Apple Care said to take them to Apple Store. Apple Store, said to take it to Best Buy. Extremely frustrated.

Don’t bother

I feel like I have to have it because I might need it sometime but I barely ever use it. I don’t think most people use it. Sometimes I’ll take notes with it in a meeting but I never go back and read those notes so the whole thing just is pretty much ridiculous. I think they only have a pen because Samsung does.

No Product Knowledge

It’s useless. I thought, great, she can write on it. But No... it’s not so easy to write on the iPad, unless you know that there’s a Certain screen protector that you must have to be able to write using the Apple Pencil. But how would anybody know that? Is there any product knowledge out there that’s available to the consumers to eliminate returns, refunds or exchanges?
