The pen is nice and I enjoy using it; however, it’s not reliable. It works intermittently.

Super expensive and not much to use it for. Drains the whole iPads battery super fast when not in use

I didn’t know this pencil only worked with some ipads not all, so I returned it apple must do better!

Haven’t had it long at all. Maybe 3 months and it just won’t work. It worked for a month and then it just wouldn’t pair with my iPad anymore. Seen a lot of people have the same issues.

My wife purchased this as a Christmas gift for me. Unfortunately, this version 2 model is not compatible with last year’s iPad Pro. After not being able to get the pen to pair, I searched the internet and found the issue. The Best Buy associates were not trained or aware of the issue, but graciously accepted the return.

Only 6 month after I bought it the pencil is not working, even though it’s connected to the iPad and it’s charged 100%. I tried to get new tips but it didn’t help.

Total trash. Replaced twice with no real support from apple. No online help either. Just a bunch of talk about turning on Bluetooth. I will be switching to 3rd party options. I can purchase 4 third party ones for the cost of one of these.

I bought the Apple Pencil as an open box purchase but in excellent condition, Geek Squad certified, as described. When I got to see it and test it, it had scratches in the body and the tip was worn out, tilt sensitivity wasn't working at all. The only thing I got after contacting Best Buy was a 10$ refund.

The pencil is nice but when I connect to my iPad do small marks at the pencil and the iPad.
