They proofed it in the store and nothing. I returned it and bought one in Temu App for $2.29 and is perfect with my 2022 ipad.

Item has limited compatibility

Unfortunately, this version 2 model is not compatible with last year’s iPad Pro. After not being able to get the pen to pair, I searched the internet and found the issue. The Best Buy associates were not trained or aware of the issue, but graciously accepted the return.
