Bought this a little over 3 months ago and used it a few hours every week. Now it won't charge or even get detected by my iPad Pro even after doing all my research and performing all the troubleshooting steps. It's basically a dead devise.

stopped working after like a month of having it! and now i can’t return it which sucks but idk if i can take it to get it fixed or not?

Do not buy apple pencils from here. They’re super defective. I’ve had to buy another one recently because the first one stopped working and now the second one does not work for me. Just go to apple.

I enjoy the Apple Pencil and haven’t had any problems but I prefer the feel of my surface pen or Wacom. I don’t use the pencil very much and I paid a lot of money for it (because everything Apple is really expensive). I can’t say I’d buy it again.

Not clear what to do with it. Apple site says how to charge but no directions about it’s use. I would think after a sale of an item, web based instruction would be easy to find.

BEWARE before you buy this DOES NOT WORK with older devices I made the mistake of buying one and had to bring it back for the first gen

Just bought the whole set iPad Pro, magic key and this pen in August for my daughter. Pen already stopped working! No charged. I looked up online, tried to update, still not working. Time to dump apple stocks!

Do not buy they mess up very easily!!! I used it 3 times and now it’s not even charging…

Just a slide fall it broke and I sent it back but they refused to replace it for me. That was a bad experience so far.

Had to return. It was very hard to figure out that this did not work with the New REGULAR iPad. It says it worked with the new iPads but after further research, it only works with the new Pro and Air.

Terrible experience at the store , they were rude and unprofessional.

I ordered this pencil and it’s not compatible with my iPad soooooo be sure you check compatibility before purchasing because I can’t return

Could not return .. ordered the wrong generation .. wasted my money .. 15 day return policy is ridiculous.. bout it fir my daughter 2 weeks before her birthday by then couldn’t return !!

This said it was good with 2nd generation iPads - it was not. It’s sitting on a drawer because I bought it for a Christmas gift and was over the 20 days.

Where is my Tablet Stylus Pens That was delivered on the 29 November, it’s December 3 need my pen.. I should’ve picked it up in the store

Wish it worked for the 10th generation Ipad.... But it doesn't say that. Its literally the latest regular Ipad. Basically wasted money and can't return it.

I thought it was in excellent condition and i can save $18,so i bought it but in between it stops working and then i have to restart my ipad to use pencil again. My ipad doesn't have problem because its ipad pro 2020.

Pencil bought in late march now doesn’t work in mid July. Can’t return to best buy and now stuck with a pencil that doesn’t even connect to iPad mini 6.

Spent $140 on this thing and the end just randomly falls off after a couple months of very little use. Thanks Apple great product.

The Apple Pencil 2nd Gen. worked for 1 wk. I spoke to Apple Support 3 times. The problem went away at first. The same situation occurred 3 days later. I’m finished. Returning the Pencil today.
