Apple was unable help without the serial number which is super small and inside the pencil. My box was in the movers truck so I had to wait for them.

Defective unit sold prior to gifting pen.

Wrong pen

For the amount it costs, it should last longer than that. I don’t even use it overly often. Very disappointed!!!
