Christmas present for my daughter she's gonna love it.

Great pencil! I liked it and idk what else to write.

I like the pen but i dont like having to write 50 charachters.

My daughter is into photo editing… she has not put the pencil down!!! Also bought one for my fiancé and they are neck and neck on usage!!!

Not as much functionality as I hoped. Integration with more apps would be nice.

Purchased August, 2020 and stopped charging, connecting, pairing or even being recognized by my iPad in September, 2022. Had minimal use over the two years, used for cleaning up images in Cricut Design Space. Stayed on the charger when not in use as well. Not the Apple quality I’m used to. Trying to find something to replace it with.

Better than 3rd party pencils! Plus having the Apple Pencil “only” features really help out with the penmanship.

I am totally disappointed in Bestbuy. I bought an open box Excellent condition apple pencil (2nd generation) this Monday and just received it today. The appearance of the pencil is good, but when I look closer, I found that the tip of the pencil is significantly worn. The pencil could easily attach and pair to my ipad pro 2018 and charge wirelessly. The double tap to swith tool also works fine. But it could NOT write! i have tried to reboost my device and repair the pencil, nothing works. Why does bestbuy sell a pencil that does not write? I am so disappoint and upset, and will return it tomorrow. Please do NOT buy any Bestbuy open box device anymore. The only thing you get would be disappointment.

Purchased an Apple Pencil and it worked for the first 25 day. Call the company to get replacement, I was informed that I had 14 days to return it. It was still working then smh. They informed me that I need to reach out to Apple to get a replacement. Thank you Apple for your warranty.

I love my apple pencil. I can use it for whatever play games or draw with it.

Love it. So easy to use is seamless. Love drawing with it on my iPad.

Wow, what a disappointment this product is. I paid $130 up front. It is now completely bricked (confirmed by online customer support and genius bar appointment). No explanation why. If you read the myriad of help articles online you will see various explanations related to the users failure to keep the pen charged at all times. While no one ever warned me of that, I can assure you that my pencil stayed clipped to the magsafe charger on the ipad at all times. I also never did anything else to the pencil that would explain it’s sudden failure. I used this pencil occasionally for work to take notes. ~1-2 times per week. Very light usage overall. It was working totally normally less than a week before it’s complete demise. As a product the pencil does its job well enough. I can’t point to anything extraordinary. It is better than a stylus, but not significantly different than its more modern competitors. I was happy to pay $130 for a product a presumed would be functional for a reasonable lifetime, however with so many reports of early failures (days/weeks outside of warranty), the value is just not there. Apple offers only a $20 credit for a bricked magic pencil 2. That means they expect me to pay another $110 for a replacement pencil after mine failed in marginally over a year. Completely unacceptable. I have already begun my migration away from apple, and after this failure I will only accelerate my efforts. I will not be replacing this pencil. I will not replace this ipad when it dies. In all likelihood I will not even purchase another iPhone.

Didn’t work when I received it , exchanged for a new one and it works great now

I have had it for 3 years now but it stopped working and now won’t connect to the iPad any more. It was a lot of money for very little used

Unfortunately, this didn't pair with my son's iPad. I'm not sure which model he has, but he was uber exited about the things it could do.

Save yourself the trouble and order this on Amazon. They cancelled my order mid delivery and then told me that I will be refunded. Knowing that, I decided to order it on Amazon instead and got it for the same price, same day delivery on Amazon. Then days later, Bestbuy decided to delivery this product AGAIN and decided that I no longer will be refunded. Trying to talk to customer service was a dead end. In the end they take no responsibility on their own mistakes. I’m still in awed at how awful this company’s customer service system is.
