This is really difficult to use and there's not very many relevant tutorials. I have the latest iPad 13 pro. Maybe pilot error but I've had a variety of Apple products since my SE 30 that I got in the mid 80s. But I can't seem to make this function to where it's useful.

I have no idea how to use this device or where I should use it. Not helpful ... yet.

I bought the Apple Pencil to go with my husband’s iPad as a gift for his birthday. It is a great accessory for an iPad! I highly recommend.

I purchased an open-box Apple Pencil 2nd Generation deemed "excellent" in March during a sale on Apple products. Upon receiving the item, I found out that it would not charge. I had to return the item and pay the full price, non-sale price, costing me more than sixty dollars than what I would have paid for a brand new pencil during the original sale. I previously had postive experiences with open-box items from Best Buy but will no longer purchase open-box items or vouch for Best Buy's quality.

Don’t really had a problem with it I just found myself not using it We returned it

I am thrilled to discover the Apple Pencil can be synchronized with most of my drawing and painting apps! Feeling creative!

I've bought this pen and hardly used it and all of the sudden my iPad doesn't connect to it.

Worked fine initially, but then my wife who used it stopped for a year or so. Afterwards we could never get it to charge from our iPads. When we install it on the magnetic spot on the iPads it registers its presence, the charge percent at zero, and that it’s supposed to be recharging. But it never does. Rechecking it now over a year later and it is still the same. I’ve finally gotten around to writing a review here, but after all this time I guess we don’t need one of these pencils. It’s just sad that if you don’t constantly keep it charged the ability to recharge is lost. I note this is a common problem with these things from the internet, so maybe with all our evolving battery technology Apple will come up with a fix sometime?

Received in perfect conditions and on time, it was so easy shopping on the web.

Works well, sets up well. Would like to see more apps add this feature nut I love using the pencil just to navigate too. Magnet is awesome too

Don't buy this thing unless you really need it and have a definite use in mind. Maybe it's great I don't know. I played with it for a couple days and then put it in a drawer. I could easily have skipped it.

My three granddaughters love them. They will be used

I didn't realize it wasn't compatible with my ipad so had to return it.

I was told by a salesman that this was the right item. it was wrong and had to be returned.

I returned the item after two weeks and was notified I was beyond the return policy. Money was not credited back. I used to be able to do so in my previous customer program. Terrible customer service.

I cant review it because the iPad I was told would be ready for pickup on Aug 13th that was an in- store transfer, is still missing. I was told they're getting a shipment in and to pick it up tonorrow, but after the many calls to see where my order is, I doubt Im coming home with my order. I ordered it August 4th, 2022.

Don’t even use it! So boring it was cool at first but now just sits on top of my iPad.
