Perfect for the iPad! It’s easy to learn to use and I love the ability to charge and store this pen magnetically so it doesn’t need a case of it own.

Would like more grip and/or tip options. But overall great.

Purchased the Apple pencil for my 13yr old daughter, she loves using it to draw on her iPad. Use of it is very smooth and accurate.

I recently upgraded my iPad Pro so I had to upgrade my pencil as well. I prefer the feel of the first generation pencil over this once because it feels more natural and not like a primary school pencil. It takes some getting used to if you’re coming from the previous pencil. However, I do love the super fast charging and the fact it magnetically attaches to the iPad. The first generation pencil didn’t charge as fast and was awkward when plugging it into the iPad to charge. Overall, great buy and it’s still the best pencil on the market.

If your buying an iPad Pro the new Apple Pencil is a must have- there is no lag and it is so easy to start using with a very little learning curve.

My wife bought a new ipad air over the holidays and we bought the pencil to go with it as it was on sale. It took her a few days or maybe weeks to open it because she didn't think she needed it. Well I will just say this... she has yet to put that thing down. Even I was surprised and thought to myself wow it must be that good. I have no idea what she uses it for but she's always like pass my pencil if its not with her when she is on the ipad. So I will this her stamp of approval!
