It gets the job done! I bought a cheaper non name brand version and it was not even close. I wish Apple included this with their products but since they don’t I would say this pen is 100% necessary for you to get the full capability of the apple product you’re using it on!

Best Apple Pen so far

Seeing now how the Apple pen 1st gen works, I'm so happy I got this one. Its magnetic charging for my iPad Air works like a dream and the pencil itself feels extremely comfortable in hand. I would recommend everyone get this pen if you have an Ipad and want to take notes or draw,

Amazing and long-lasting pen

The magnetic charging is super convenient and the battery life is amazing. I haven't had any issues with this pen

It works like a mouse as it can be tapped for functions and yet the screen is so sensitive to its being applied like a real pencil. Choose if it is a pen, a marker, a pencil, broad tip, narrow, colors - the sky is the limit!

Better than a pencil

It is far better than the older iterations of the Apple Pencil . This is smooth and feels like an excellent high end ink or gel pen on smooth paper
