The most useful being the wireless charging that has been commonplace with the Surface since the beginning (? my first was the Surface 2).

It seems to have solved an input issue for when we are in the car. It's easier to input info and make selections rather than depending on the keyboard while in motion with the occasional bump which is part of the driving experience.

Also if you get a new iPad, Apple gets you by making your first generation obsolete so it’s the only option when you buy a new iPad…

I'm using my new ipad pro to take notes and this is great. The keyboard is loud, I take handwritten notes including diagrams then type of the items when necessary. Pretty expensive for what it is, but oh well that is Apple.

A step up from the 1st generation
