Works very well - there is very little noticeable lag when using the pencil. That being said, there are not a ton of apps where the pencil comes into play and oh boy, that price. It's an apple product so they charge what they want but even so, this is way high of a price for just the pencil (they don't even include some free replacement tips).

Best stylus I have used and works intelligently with iPad to make the experience of writing on iPad really good. Only complaint is that the price remains so high especially after how many years it’s been available.

I wondered if I really need one and after using it for over a month, I wont’ go back. The pencil is something I will keep with the iPad for drawing, sketching, but most importantly annotating documents and signing documents.

Like it much better than the 1st generation. Much more easier to charge.

I can't compare this to the first gen but it works great for its purpose. I like to use it to write my notes and also do some drawing/sketches when I'm bored

Admittedly, I am an Apple loyalist, but this stylus delivers! Especially when using a "paper-like" screen protector, it is literally like writing/drawing on paper...no lag and extremely precise. Nothing else compares!

I really enjoy using my pencil. I’m not an artist, but I like to doodle here and there. My fingers are a little chubby, so the pencil has become my best friend when trying to maneuver small things on the screen. No complaints.

Works great with the IPAD Mini, though I have v1.0, kind bummerish that had to buy another one, but works great.

This works great for taking notes in business meetings! Bit pricey is the only small negative.

I brought this pen to go with my iPad Pro I received for Christmas. I love working with the pen and the fact that it magnetically connects to the iPad for charging is great.

The pencil for the iPad is so practical. I use it to add notes to slides professors use in college.

This pen is a great product and it automatically connects to the iPad. You can double tap on the pen to change settings.

I like it. I think there’s still a lot of improvements that Apple needs to take care of with its functionality with the iPad (capitalization with draw to text, a lot of Apple apps don’t have a clear clue on how to function when both skin and the tip of the pencil are touching the screen, etc). But I really love the feel and sturdiness of the 2nd generation. I would imagine this would be phenomenal for hardcore artists. The only thing I hate is the wireless charging. I wish I could charge the pencil with a wire or have the option to do so. Otherwise, it charges wirelessly on my iPad, which drains the battery of my iPad. And there is no option to have the pencil not charge while magnetized to the iPad.

Not sure what improvements they made but it works as good as the last. If you can get the cheaper option go for it. Not sure why they charge so much for this but it doesn’t work perfectly. Don’t buy full price unless you really need it.

I wish I would have gotten and iPad and pen sooner! I love using it for my engineering classes.

great for doing math problems on my ipad. must havefor a math student or if you like writing notes. can keep everythin need and organized feels much better than apple pencil one in my opinion
