Its syncs extremely well with the iPad. The magnetic rim on the side of the iPad acts as a charger for the pencil as well. The coolest ever.

Love this Pencil

The magnetic recharge feature is really nice to keep the pencil charged.

Now with the new update the latency is reduced to 4 miliseconds and it feels that you are writing in a piece of paper.
