Still learning, but excited to take my iPad to the next level. Starting a bigger project at work, so will extra practice right away with. Love that it has a flat side, to me it does not feel weird while holding it. As for attaching it via the magnet, works with the the aftermarket case I have. Did not come off when I traveled with in my backpack (I do have a tablet packet in my backpack). Few times I "tossed" it down on the couch, it didn't go flying. Otherwise feels like holding a #2 pencil.
