Especially good for editing & signing eDocuments.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Delivery was never made. It was delayed then Best Buy advised that shipment was lost by the carrier. As for the pencil, it's the best! The ipad holds it in place magnetically so you can't lose it. I can easily fill & sign documents with the Adobe app. BTW, this pencil is the same price at the Apple site and they monogram for free (next day) and free shipping. The pencil is worth every penny, wherever you buy it!

High quality, better than the first generation
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Apple Pencil is much better than the last generation. It’s built way better and is way higher quality. It’s also great that there aren’t any buttons or switches to turn it on or off. Another plus is that it no longer has the end cap where you have to stick it into the iPad charging port to charge the pencil. The pencil just magnetically attaches to the side of the iPad and keeps charged while also conveniently storing the pencil when not in use. When you take the pencil off the side, it automatically turns on and is ready to use. Very simple!

2nd Generation Apple Pencil Fantastic new Features
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I liked my first Apple Pencil. I Love the 2nd Generation Apple Pencil! Magnetic so you just have to put in on the side of the IPad Pro. It Also charges in this location. No cords or plugging in required and you can press on the pencil to change from writing to erasing, and, press again and go back to writing or drawing. Apple You did an outstanding job on this generation. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Store #2511 in Muskogee OK. Fantastic, but take note of the tips
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Apple Pencil is the best stylus I've used for a digital device. Granted, I don't do much drawing, however it feels a lot more comfortable to use than my Samsung S-Pen due to it's larger size. It just feels sturdy in the hand! The magnets are also INCREDIBLY fun. I've put this thing on music stands, walls, and in other strange locations. As a student and musician, this has been fantastic for annotating my Jazz charts as well as doing quick math when I don't feel like wasting a piece of paper. There are a few gripes I have though. For one, the price. It's simply too expensive for what should be a basic utility on the amazing canvas that is the iPad Pro. The second thing is the tips. Granted, I haven't been too gentle with the pencil... I move around a lot in classes and rehersals and this thing has been dropped a few times. However after two weeks the tip of the pencil was noticeably flattened, and the pencil failed to write at an angle... it had to be straight perpendicular to the display. My advice? Do try and be gentle with the tip, it DOES wear over time. Regardless, you ARE gonna have to spend some cash on spare tips for this thing... which can be a bit pricey from Apple directly, but there are indeed other options on other websites. Just keep that in mind and don't be caught by surprise like I was!

Good but the pencil can squeak during use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Back in October of 2021, I got the iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (5th generation) (256 GB) and the Apple Pencil (2nd generation). I was able to get a student discount because I have a dual enrollment at a local community college. My main reason for getting an iPad was to start digital art. I’ve never really done digital art in the past and have recently started using Procreate. The main complaint I have so far from 4 months of using these products together is that I don’t like how the pencil squeaks against the surface of the iPad. This doesn’t seem to be a problem for my friend, who does digital are frequently, with an older generation iPad and older Apple Pencil. I’m not sure what is causing the squeaking but the “nails on a chalkboard” noises affect the ways or motions I can draw with. Another aspect I’d like to see improved in future iterations of the Apple Pencil is the weight and strain from use. This isn’t a huge issue as using any stylus can cause hand strain but I hope the next generation Apple Pencil can be lighter to reduce pains from extended periods of use. Other than these problems, the iPad and pencil have been a great investment and have allowed me to create a lot of digital art. It’s very intuitive to use and the learning curve is definitely not as steep as its competitors (such as drawing tablets). My one suggestion is to extend the student discount to high school students and maybe have larger discounts for people who would love to use the product but may not be comfortable splurging. If there’s any way to reduce the squeaking noises, I’d really appreciate some advice. Thank you so much!

2nd Gen Pencil is perfect and easy to use
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this pencil to use with my new iPad Pro 12.9' display. I use it to display and annotate on my music. The pencil works so much better than my fat fingers at placing the annotations just where I want them. It charges every time I put it back in the cover because of the magnetic charger on the side of the iPad. I never have to plug it in.

Apple Pencil Review
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the $80 upgrade to have this included with my iPad and I’m glad I did. Surprising utility of Apple Pencil
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review..I have been using this with my iPad Apple air 4. I use it both as a stylus, and drawing tool. I have found that it makes operations like text selection, and text editing remarkably easier than before. I also find that the new scribble function has great utility. I have not been using Very much for drawing at this time. The only issue I have, is that the iPad Air surface is very slippery and it takes a while to get used to writing smoothly and accurately with the - pencil which also has very little friction. Wireless charging is also an excellent new feature as well as the ability to magnetically place the pencil on the iPad.

Tap Tap
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the tap to switch from pen to eraser. The Apple Pencil 2 is just as good as the first gen, has a flat side that magnetically attaches to the tablet .. hold is decent, wish it was a bit stronger.

Great product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very simple and easy to use. I honestly though there would be more features or something a little special about it, but the simplicity is what makes it a great product. It’s pretty lightweight and writes extremely well. The matte finish on the pen gives it an extra leg up on appearance.

Works wonderfully. Costs as much as a Kidney.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A must have for my 11” iPad Pro. Makes typing a breeze on the pop up keyboard. I use it for precision when using Lightroom CC Mobile. It attaches to the Pro with magnets and charges wirelessly. This is what the original pen should have been. I do not recommend storing/traveling the pen while it is attached to the side. It will pop off. I use a UAG case with a grip that secures the pen well. The pen feels well in the hand. It has a matte finish and is the size of a standard pencil. The pen is flat on one side which helps. I really enjoy using it, but paying for it felt liked getting kicked in the jimmy. If you can find a third party option, you’ll save lots.

Must have for the iPad Mini
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this Apple Pencil. It works great with my iPad mini and feels great to write with. Not to heavy or light. It snaps to the side of the iPad and has a decent magnetic connection. Not afraid of it falling off while traveling. I’ve had this over a year and use it daily and the tip still works great.

Great tool for the iPad!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this sucker! I decided to purchase it when I wanted to start taking notes digitally to reduce my desk clutter, and try out digital planners over the paper planners. I love that I can rest my hand on the screen, write like I normally would, and charge it easily when necessary. It fits comfortably in my hand, and overall is extremely easy and natural to use. The double-tap to switch from writing to erasing is my most-used feature. Highly recommend this pencil!
